What Our Clients Say

I hired TAB Interior Design for a full gut and remodel of my late-1800s home in Denver’s Wash Park neighborhood, and they exceeded every expectation. This wasn’t just a renovation — it was a full restoration of a historic property with modern elegance and timeless design.

Trish’s design eye is exceptional, and her construction background gives her a technical edge that few designers have. She understands how to preserve the character of an old home while making it livable, functional, and truly beautiful. Every detail feels intentional — from flow and lighting to finishes and furniture.

Her team, Maira and Gabby, are equally outstanding. They often stayed late to coordinate contractors, kept me updated while I was traveling, and selected pieces that fit my style perfectly. Their level of care and professionalism made the entire experience stress-free.

I brought TAB in midway through the project and wish I’d had them from the start. If you’re remodeling, call them before you hire a contractor — they plan holistically and prevent the headaches that come later.

They also work intelligently within budgets, knowing where to invest and where to save without ever compromising on quality. The result is a home that honors its 19th-century charm while feeling fresh, refined, and uniquely mine.

Trish, Maira, and Gabby are an incredible team — detail-oriented, creative, and client-focused. TAB Interior Design is a rare find in this industry, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We started the process back in April 2022 at the Home and Garden Show. We visited a few vendors but TAB were the only ones who offered a one-stop shop that included the GC, so we wouldn't have to follow up any design plans by interviewing and selecting a GA. We were not on a time plan so we weren't in a particular rush to get our remodel started. The summer and early Fall were taken up with design reviews and looking at samples of tile, custom cabinets and fixtures and then the leadtime to have those manufactured and delivered. When we were ready to go we were hit with a few delays that we were happy to accept, plus we didn't want our remodel to start between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The project probably took five months in all and came in on the budget we agreed in 2022. Our remodel included a complete new kitchen and appliances/fixtures that were delivered to the earlier time plan, so there was a little cashflow squeeze paying for items not installed until several months later. However, the time, effort and detail that went in to the planning of the kitchen was amazing, and to see as the countertops and appliances fitted exactly was validation that we'd chosen the right team. We are very happy with our remodel and would highly recommend the team.

The design needs were minimal, the construction demanding: 1,500+ square feet of continuous tile in six rooms including three closets, then complete redo of floor and shower in the guest bath. Subcontracted to lay the tile, Roman managed all the tiling in three weeks. What made this even more demanding was an error on the part of the warehouse. They sent 20mm thick 24"x24" porcelain tile where 10mm had been ordered. Now twice as heavy and needing to transition to 10mm tile in adjacent rooms, Roman met the challenge with no compromise to ascetics. TAB Interior Designs manages multiple jobs at a time, which had minor impacts on completion. However, part of this was due our need to reoccupy our condo a week earlier than anticipated. TAB Interior Designs came in ~$5,000 below budget, in spite of the warehouse error. Eight weeks from completion they came back, after being paid in full, to address some minor defects in baseboard caulking. I highly recommend them.

There are no words to express how grateful I am for TAB Interior Design. They listened to our needs, studied our style and honestly took the decision fatigue away by bringing our loose vision to life by narrowing options and making it fun to pick the finishes. The biggest praise I have for Trish is that she is an architectural designer so she does everything to scale AND lines up the work. She handled getting the wallpaper company lined up for us. They also advocate for you which is insanely rare. If you want a company with integrity TAB is a no-brainer choice in the Denver area!

We had TAB take over a job that was started by another firm that misrepresented their ability to do a whole house remodel. They were able to pick up and run with the choices we had made previously and came up with colors and designs that my spouse and I loved. I have been very impressed with how organized they have been. You will love working with them!

WOW. What can I say about this phenomenal team… Doing any kind of remodel or decorating is so scary. So much money and time. Trish and Maira make all those fears go away. They have worked on 3 of our properties now and I couldn’t recommend them more. They are highly skilled, organized, and talented. I love them to pieces and you couldn’t ask for a better company to help you with your home project!!

We moved to Denver as brand-new empty nesters. Ready to take on this new phase of our life, we downsized from a big home on the East Coast to a condo downtown. We quickly realized we had no idea how to transition our former traditional, antique style to our Colorado downtown space. Thankfully, we found Trish at TAB! Trish worked with us to incorporate our past as we forged our new future. She provided us with excellent options that resulted in a rustic yet luxurious space. It’s been a while since Trish finished our work, but not a day goes by that we don’t say to each other how pleased we are with our downtown condo. Thanks to TAB, we are able to fully embrace our new adventure.

We had the pleasure of working with Maira at TAB Interior Designs for the remodel of our kitchen and family room. She was so helpful in getting our thoughts of what we wanted into an actual design. She helped with the flow of the kitchen, adding a pantry, arranging cabinets and suggestions on lighting. Maira was excellent at advising us on the practical use we needed along with the actual appearance and design of the cabinets, appliances, lighting and fixtures. We look forward to working with her again on future home projects.

Patricia Bonney and her assistant came into my home to help layout a gallery wall and give me design ideas for my lower level. While this was a smaller project for her, she gave me creative and fun suggestions and showed an incredible level of professionalism. I had an email in my inbox the very next day covering every detail we discussed. It was so worth it to get her help and feedback, and I would absolutely refer her to anyone who needs design ideas for a space in their home or for a full home remodel. She can do it all. Her design studio is also gorgeous to visit, and she has incredible taste. I cannot recommend her enough!

What a magnificent experience to work with TAB!
I remodeled my bathroom and wanted some help and guidance which I totally had and it was smooth.

First of all we did a zoom call where I shared some of what I had in mind and Trish was diligently taking notes and showing me examples of what I was talking about. We proceed with another zoom call to select details that she thinks I would like (and I did!). The best part? She records all the calls so don’t you worry if you think she passed out onto something because she DID NOT!

The deliverables were on time and easy to read and understand. Beautiful work and can’t wait to do more projects with Trish.

Thank you Trish, you have a happy client here!

Trish had a tough bathroom remodel to work with. We didn't want to redo the shower, floor or vanity and she was able to present options that worked well with existing fixtures as well as give it the spa-like feel we were going for. She really listened to us and I love my bathroom!

We had Trish help us out with our master bedroom design, entryway design and even to put a door between our master bed and bath. Trish definitely has a mind for design and seeing our house as a whole and not just individual rooms. She instantly knew what our style was as a couple just by walking around for 2 minutes. From there, she took those concepts and found furniture and a design that ties our whole house together. Everything was very professional. They did a wonderful job and would recommend them. Thank you all so much!

Working with the TAB design team was effortless. We were looking to revamp our Doctor's office and the design team blew us away. The space feels so much warmer and inviting. The process was budget friendly and we could not be happier with how everything turned out! Thank you so much TAB!

Service and creativity.
TAB offers functional design for everyday life. They conceptualize ideas and inspiration into a real livable space.
The Founder took the time to really listen to my crazy ideas, learned about my organizational needs and vision for my new kitchen and entire first floor open floor concept. She brainstormed on some initial thoughts and gave me plainly of options to choose from while staying true to the intent during the entire process. I felt safe and trusted her input.
It was my first time reaching out to an interior design service. I am glad I did. The impact has made a huge difference as to how I present myself to my existing and family. My first floor surroundings now match our family needs in a more functional concept in a visually pleasing color scheme.
Thank you so much for your services.
Whenever I need advise on renovation ideas; I reach out for some sanity check. This way we stay on track.

We were renting an old, traditional home after my husband’s job relocated us and bought it when it went up for sale. I prefer a clean, modern space so we’re renovating it a little at a time—starting with our four-year-old daughter’s bedroom. This was the first time I hired an interior designer and I’m so glad I did. Trish saved me so much time and encouraged me to take chances. Harper’s room features a large wall of colorful, geometric design peel-and-stick wallpaper. There are purple accent walls and a cool hexagon backsplash in the bathroom. She helped find the comforter and wall hangings that pulled it all together. Trish was patient and flexible and worked within our tight budget and one-month timeline. When she returned home from a week with my parents, Harper was delighted with her beautiful, new bedroom.

Trish & Bryonna were able to capture our true personalities in or kitchen/great room remodel. There were hiccups of course as with any project but the end result came out better then we could ever imagine.

I can’t express enough gratitude for Trish and the TAB team. I have a few small projects here and there and Trish is always available to help bring my ideas to life! No matter the size of the project, she always finds a design that works. Recently, she created a backdrop that I can use while attending virtual work meetings. And guess what, I don’t have to worry about what’s going on at home! Being able to attend a meeting from bed, the couch or even in the kitchen makes it so much easier to balance everything that’s going on during my not so normal work day since shelter in place became a thing. I can’t wait for my next small project or better yet, starting a business of my own and having TAB design the facility!

My wife and I live in a small townhome and we were needing advice on what to do in our living room. Trish came over and gave us her professional opinion and helped us pick out furniture that would best utilize the space. Thank you so much Trish for all your help!
